This embroidery, titled ‘Spring Hare‘ is an embroidery design inspired by a stitched collage I did of Hare I named Harold. 
 
The design is printed on unbleached cotton fabric in a pale grey ink and shares my ethos #4theloveofstitch.
 
I hope you too can find a love of stitch as you enjoy stitching the design, adding your own stitched marks and creating your own unique stitched picture. The template comes with my stitched postcards and step by step instructions to guide your stitching.
 
In my own version I have stitched most all the lines, but left some of the print visable. But this is personal preference. As is ‘going off piste’ and adding further stitching, as I have done in my own version.
 
If you wish to use the same colour palette, I have bundles of threads available to purchase.

Once completed I mounted my sample onto foam board ready to be framed.  I would suggest a box frame.
 
This template would also make a lovely gift for a fellow stitch-y friend.
