This is a small pin cushion.
 
The cube is created by @plydesign made from laminated plywood, using the stripes in the ply to create the pattern on the cube.
The inside is needle felted merino wool and comes with 6 pins.
 
Approximately 1 1/2 x2 x 1 inch cube
 
Note this is not a toy and contains sharp pins.
